Due to the nature of our products, which are intended strictly for research purposes and are carefully regulated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued in the event of a shipping error, such as receiving the wrong product or damaged goods.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
• We will review your claim promptly and, if valid, provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Shipping Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
